yay. open house finally over. I have Alumni Dinner to focus on. First week of school almost over too. Alot of happenings lately and yes, I shall blog about today before leaving for Bboyz & Ballerinaz concert :D

Ok. Personally, I agree that we've chosen the right people for alumni. I mean like the first shift was easier to control than the second shift. HOWEVER, I do agree that second shift sop2s were louder and more gung-ho (and yes, thank you Cassandra lol. I know you want me to compliment you). So please please please, alumni sop2s. WORK HARD AND BE CLONES OF CASSANDRA. lol.

Anyway, conducting only made my muscle aches worse since I had to conduct most of the time and my arm wasn't fully recovered since Thursday. Well, I guess that's Part and Parcel of being SC. It takes some time to get used to. As I'm typing now, I wish someone would massage my shoulders. But fat hope. LOL. ok. I'll massage my own shoulders later.

See the problem with my muscle aches are that they lie mostly on Triceps AND Biceps. Which means if I just relax, Then triceps will hurt (biceps relax triceps contract) and if I flex my arms, biceps will hurt. This makes me feel like cutting off my arms since I can do neither this nor that.

Next thing. Since Lynette left halfway, I had no choice but to play Kimi O No Sete piano accompaniment (unless we all wanna sing the weirdly gross songs). Yes, I totally thank Shinny for her impromptu conducting, Jerlyn for her accompaniment for 若 and Zhao Yi for playing the starting notes. Ok So the first time was ok, not bad. BUT I SCREWED UP THE 2ND TIME LIKE SHIT SHIT SHIT. argh. It's totally embarassing. Some people were sniggering lor (and no I'm not referring to audience). But then again, come on la you can always take over the role of the accompaniment while I get back to my conducting.Well truth is, I can't hold a candle to the professional accompanist of Choir, LYNETTE. Yep she's totally awesome (and please. No sarcasm intended. She REALLY IS AWESOME. Well some of you think that I have sarcastic tone when I actually didn't mean to So I guess I'd better make it clear)

I was happy today that I saw 3 fuchun girls (of course not boy la lol) and I reeeallly wanted to say sth like "hi welcome to st nicks! I was from Fuchun too!" But then they didnt even stay to watch Choir. So, I kinda got pissed at them but yeah that's only temporary. So um if you're one of the fuchun girls, I'll encourage you to come st nicks. Well, I still think Fuchun is the ultimate school lar, and st nicks got alot of Politics but yeah It'll be a good experience where you can really nurture your leadership skills.

I was really inspired by what fake baabaa said today, "I believe that this type of things in choir will make me a better president" Yes. It was truly inspiring. I'd like to tell fake baabaa that you're a really good president with good leadership skills and no one deserves the position more than you do. Don't let anything bring you down and always work forward. Not backward.

This applies to a majority of blog-readers out there. If life was a bed of roses, everyone would be a photocopy of each other. Life would not have the spice in it. I would like to quote sth from Ming Xuan's blog. It's kind of evil and all but yeah.

"Gangsters exist so Policeman have things to do. Retards exist so Geniuses look smart. Bad people exist to make us look Guai. Guess you cant leave out bad stuff in order for good stuff to exist. Ah balance."

Yes. And, the moral of the story is, We must never let obstacles pull us down. They are meant to make us stronger. Yes. And finally. I'd like to thank all of choir for putting in your best effort when you sing. Thanks.

Man school is startinggg. URGH. >8( I just want a world disaster to hit Singapore and everywhere goes into chaos and we can only depend on our family and friends (no teachers realise? xD) Ok maybe not. But the thought of Chinese O levels... *faint*

Oh and Rachel just sent me the powerpoint. happy liao lor need work late =.= at least tmr no theory la. So I work until morning also nevermind. Later I going to clean my rm and tidy up the house and chiong homework! I just hope Dad will allow me to comp on my bed. argh.

Alright, first things first. Just came back from Yiing Huey's house for Horn Trio practice. Hurrah. and guess what? I learned how to buzz and make sound erupt from horn. YIPPEE. Zi-highness xD

Ok Job Attachment was real fun really and I was thinking why they wanna um commend me? Quite weird really. Anyway The first 3 days we mainly just slacked around the shop and tried to help customers if needed. Then we played Solitaire, Free cell, Spider Solitaire, Purble Place and chess on the demo laptops. Oh and also THE SIMS 2 on Sony Ericsson Handphones. haha. Then The boss treated us to Starbucks on the third day. Yippee yai yai yippee yippee yai YIPPEE YAI! lmaos. HAPPEH.

Then Thursday, was Day 1 of the roadshow. I was in charge of the live demo booth and I did alot of flyer distributing and explaining and selling phones. Here's the rest of the crew:

1. Ken and Eugene: Overall-in-charge I think. Stand at counter sell phones, collect money (take pictures with Lucky dip winners) lol

2. Kenneth and Balloon guy: Make drinks ( actually is coffee machine make lol), ask people if they want drinks, give balloons and ice cream to kids and make people happy. lmao

3. The 2 handphone guys: Explain phones to people, show people cool phones (like secret), keep the styluses and tend to the display cases if they get knocked down.

4. Job Attachment people: Give out flyers and direct people lololol

Alright. So Kenneth is a.k.a the "beverage guy" or the "refreshments guy". And damn funny la I think. Cause Got one time he was the only person at the counter and people came to ask him abotu phones so he came and get me. Then while I was explaining half-way, he suddenly went like " Would you like some refreshments?" I was trying damn hard to surpress my laughter.

Ok Then The handphone person (David was it?) had to go do sth to the display cases cause a little boy knocked it down and the secret phone dummies dropped. HAHAHA LOL. Then he was like "IDIOT LA" lols.

Yeah as if day 1 not funny enough. Wait till you hear about day 2.

Day 2 was uber hillarious. First, Jane and I saw Mun Jun (wth lololol) and we were wondering why he was there. But yeah it aint that funny actually. Then the refreshment guy came up to me and said "hey can you do me a favour? When you serve your customers, ask them if they want any drinks." lol. funny

Oh and did I mention this gay person came up to me and talked damn gay-ly and walked damn gay-ly. hahaha. shall not elaborate later I get sued.

Overall, I feel that Job attachment was a fun and worthwhile experience since you get money and get to meet and know customers from all walks of life, like tai-tais, businessmen, housewives, Russians, PRCs, Hong kong-ers, Koreans and all that. It's really cool to serve your customers (except for smoke breath for smokers which sorta suffocated me a lil).

Yeah they wanted us to work today and tmr, but I declined their offer.

Yeah, after working we went shopping with Huey and ate BEN AND JERRYS. wheeees~ alright gtg bb. (:

Job Attachment was better today compared to yesterday cause we got to do sth. lol. like play the sims 2 on phones. We thought the boss looked scary but then he didnt turn out to be so scary. hurrah. I served 8 ppl. yippee.

Aoi didn't blog for 10 million years.

Interesting.

Pretty weird for me not to blog really. xD alright here's why:

1. Busy reading Maximum Ride

2. Busy playing Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core (which reminds me my DJ max PTB is still with MX)

3. Busy doing homework (ok this might not be true)

4. Busy shopping and going out with goons. HAHA

alright. So I'm here.

Many happenings lately, including shopping trips to Bugis with Kavis, Dayi, Popo and mom. Then there are study sessions with Jane and Huey in Library. And last but not least, ALTO 1 SECTION OUTING! xD

This is how busy I am. and Holidays are ending fast. Tmr's Job attachment alr and Dad's fed up with me for not finishing my homework ._.

I'm uninterested for everything right now except for the following:

1. FFVII CRISIS CORE ( cause Zack is so shuai xD)

2. MAXIMUM RIDE FINAL WARNING (cause I needa finish series)

3. My oh-so-weird dreams (which are so weird I dont even know how to describe so I wont be posting it here)

and yeah... my dreams are so weird nowadays. I keep dreaming of music scores (maybe my SC phobia), Train stations (wth =.=) and weird people with black faces (bleh)

I bought a really cool Nodame Wallet and I'm loving it so much! I bet Abi will go crazeh over it too HAHA.

First of all, I would like to begin this post by telling everyone something. There are many different types of fears.

Firstly, I always had this fear of the future. And I do not mean near future. As in what happens when I die and leave this world. and sometimes I move on to think about why do I live on this earth? Is there another dimension where some other people live? Why am I this girl called Crystal who has so many wonderful friends and family around her? Why am I the child of my parents? Why? Why? Why?

Secondly, I've always been scared of the dark, and of course horror movies (like Sweeney Todd). I freaked out in Sweeney Todd and TOTALLY didnt dare to watch. But luckily I had no nightmares as of 2 days after watching it. But yeah I'm scared of dark, grungey, bloody stuffs. And maybe sometimes, some scary music (like Symphonie Fantastique) and also bugs.

Thirdly, I'm scared of myself. Which Is my main point to all you readers out there today. Whether you are my best friend, my classmate, my cousin, my juniors, my seniors, my friends WHOEVER. I tell you, I'm scared of myself. And The fact that I've been assigned to the post of SC (which is Abbrieviated for STUDENT CONDUCTOR) of SNChoir, has certainly made it worse, just as you have guessed. I fear failure. What If I'm unable to maintain the Gold-With-Honours standard? I'd just be a dissapointment to red badges, yellow badges and blue badges.

I told myself, I have grown alot from being a member, to Alto 1's Section Leader. SC will be the greatest platform ever for me to train, both Musical-wise and Character-wise. Throughout 07 and 08 as section leader, I've been happy. Really happy. With My section, with Choir, with all. Because I've become a better leader.

I have to thank all that voted for me, all that supported me in some way or another. Now that I've got this post (which I most happily didnt want to have), I vow to the whole of choir. I will work hard. I will not let you all down. I'll train you all until every single one of you is an individual singer. I will instill all the passion for music and singing into each of you. and I will, do my best.

This will be a great chance for me to nurture my musical skills until I enroll myself in a music academy. And I shall return to La Corda D'oro Primo Passo and continue crazing over Hihara senpai. Till the next time...

M: uhh... (tells real age to see what happens next)

M: Florida (LMAO XD)
S: huh?
M: I'm american dude.
S: (no reply. I guess he's freaked out)
M: is anything the problem?
